- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The office was packed because the Midland and Odessa DPS offices were closed to move to the new central building and Crane was taking a lot more customers because of this. The one lady in the office was very professional, worked hard, did a fantastic job, and showed no sign of frustration. There were 22 people in the office when I walked in at 9:30 and she was the only one there to handle them. When I got our after 11:30 they were about 15 people, they just kept coming in. She needs a bonus. One guy even tried to tip her but she said no and refused the tip. They should have sent someone to help her.By John B, September 02, 2017
